Live Life Wellness Clinic recognizes the need for a multifaceted treatment program centered on patients experiencing issues with substance abuse/and or mental illnesses. We provide a full spectrum of quality outpatient, substance abuse, and mental health services, from least intensive to most intensive. Additionally, we service adults who wish to receive substance abuse evaluations, referrals, and outpatient counseling.
Our OPT program treats all substance abuse problems including, alcohol, pills, crack, and cocaine, utilizing individual and group counseling. Each client participates in a customized 3–6-month program, and once completed, We assist with job placement and housing opportunities.

Yes, we will provide a certification of completion from our outpatient program.
